Ans:- Dan Frey began his 25- year career in the Technical Staffing Industry after an 18 year career as an IT Professional including 6 years with Texas Instruments, 6 years in Technical Solution sales and 6 years as an IT Director. This background has provided a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology. In addition, Dan continues to work hard every day to stay abreast of new technologies, methods and industry trends. This provides Dan a unique ability to quickly understand technical requirements so that resources can be quickly identified, contacted and brought on-board. Dan and his staff have been particularly successful recruiting highly technical resources in the areas of Application Maintenance and Support; Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse, Project Management, Technology Upgrade/Migration and Transformation, Information Technology Assessments and Planning and Application Development,
Q 3:- What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans:- After 15 years of working for other technical staffing companies, I decided that we could create a streamlined, completely web-based business model offering greater value services to the marketplace. These services could be delivered more efficiently, and cost effectively than the larger well-known brands could deliver them. By focusing only on delivering quality service, the model would be able to accommodate fast growth as well as times of transition like the current marketplace.
Q 4:- What three pieces of advice would you give to start-up entrepreneurs?
Ans:- * Create a business model based on what you are passionate about doing
* Create a sound business plan and follow it
* Do business with people you can trust including lenders, partners, employees, clients and vendors

Ans:- * Persistence and the ability to keep a positive attitude

Ans:- Direct contact and referral. Cold Calling has been the best marketing tool followed closely by Linkedin contact.
Q 9:- Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans:- We started the company with a 50K SBA Patriot loan. We also used receivable factoring when we began to grow and needed additional funding.

Ans:- Establish strong relationships with companies who use your services on an ongoing basis and then work as hard as you can to give them the best service possible.
Q 11:- Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans:- Not sure.. Would like to grow into a regional IT recruiting power and then nationwide.

Ans:- Southwest Airlines because they have grown from a one route airline to a national carrier and have never had a layoff and all their employees seem happy…
