Q: Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Ans: Fitness Achievement is a team of Beachbody Coaches who help people get in the best shape of their lives with Beachbody programs and supplements like P90X and shakeology. It is not a magic pill. It is an old fashion exercise and nutrition. It is hard work that works. We’ve helped so many people lost a lot of weight, get off medications and get back to living a healthy, happy life. We also help people earn extra income with the coaching opportunity.

Q: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Ans: My name is Will Bochkay. In 2009, I was in the worst shape of my life. I weighed 256 pounds, smoked 2 packs a day, drank coffee non stop and was on anxiety medication. I made a decision to change my life, before I lose it.

I, then ordered P90X and lost 40 pounds in my first round. I decided to quit smoking and become a coach for the company. Later I shed another 46 pounds and continued on. Now I’ve formed one of the best coaching teams for beachbody. We get the best results with helping people, and our coaches are making amazing income.

Q: What ignited the spark in you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans: When I saw how much weight I lost, and how I was changing my life, I jumped at the opportunity to help other people. I started seeing how bad of condition our country is in, not just as far as weight, but over all health. It wasn’t just a spark, it was a giant fire that rose in me. Helping people Is my passion!

Q: How important have good employees been to your success?

Ans: As team beachbody coaches, we don’t have employees, but we have other independent reps that work with us. Having someone who is passionate about their health and helping other people is great. If someone is passionate, then it just flows. It’s great to have a solid team of people.

Q: What three pieces of advice would you give to college students who want to become entrepreneurs?

Ans: Work hard, stick out the tough times, and learn everything you need to.

Q: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Ans: I would not change anything because wherever I am today, it is because of everything I’ve gone through

Q: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans: Well I’m not sure if they are skills or not, but dedication, passion, and a ‘never give up’ attitude.

Q: How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?

Ans: It depends on a lot of things – how passionate I am about the idea, what advisors say and many other things.

Q: How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans: About 4 hours including working out

Q: How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

Ans: It has been great. It has improved our time together and we have all worked together to grow something incredible.

Q: What motivates you?

Ans: An urge to help others and challenges motivates me. There is nothing like the feeling of helping someone lose 20, 30 or 100 pounds and tell me how much better their life is.

Q: How do you generate new ideas?

Ans: I just try to keep my eyes open and look around. Find a need and fulfill it!

Q: What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

Ans: My greatest fear? Well, when I was on anxiety medication, I feared everything. After I made life changes and started working out and got my confidence back, fear just went away.

Q: What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans: Seek out people who know more than you do, be a constant learner and commit to what you want..

Ans: By have a quality product and genuine interest in people.

Q: How did you decide on the location for your business?

Ans: Well our location is nation wide, so there isn’t really a location

Q: Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

Ans: I am not sure if there is a pattern or not for success, but there certainly are patterns for failure.

Q: Who has been your greatest inspiration?

Ans: My customers. They inspire me to keep things going
