Question: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: Dad started the company in 2002 when the economy was not doing so good. He had always enjoyed cleaning windows so he started there and then customers began asking him to do odd jobs on top of their windows being cleaned.

Answer: I would say being respectful to our customers and putting their needs first.

Answer: We did not have any.

Answer: Treat customers the way I would want to be treated.
Question: Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Answer: Hopefully running a company that allows my wife, dad and mom to not be in such physical taxing job.

Answer: Companies like ABC, A#1 who started with their business focused on one particular thing and now offer full home services.
