Q 1. Please give our readers an introduction to your business. Include what your business is, where you’re located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Ans: We are a full service real estate sales company operating in metro Atlanta. Our Office is located in Cobb County.

Q 2. Please give us a brief description of yourself, including educational or entrepreneurial background and any major achievements.

Ans: I am extremely driven and outgoing. I have always had an entrepreneurial drive and have been in business for myself, in some fashion, since my teenage years.

Q 3. What inspired you to start your business venture?

Ans: I was originally licensed in 2005 and once the recession hit I pursued other avenues such as owning a restaurant and a pest control company, but nothing satisfied my drive like real estate. So here we are!

Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans: If you are the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. Stay humble. Never take your eyes off the prize. You only truly fail when you quit.

Q 5. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans: Manage your schedule
Watch your numbers
Manage your pennies and your dollars will manage themselves

Q 6. How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans: 12 – 16

Q 7. To what do you most attribute your success?

Ans: Relationships

Q 8. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans: We are a referral based business, so word of mouth is usually how we meet our clients.

Q 9. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans: Focus on your customers’ success and yours will always come.

Q 10. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Ans: Expanding to other areas / states

Q 12. How important have good employees been to your success?

Ans: A good leader knows that large goals cannot be completed without great people. Our team members are invaluable.

Ans: Give up?

Ans: The happiness of my family, clients and team members.

Ans:Integrity is always the correct path.

Ans: We collaborate to see what the needs of our clients will be for years to come.

Ans: A referral of a friend family or colleague by past clients

Ans: Constantly changing environment.

Ans: We recently assisted a buyer in becoming the very first person in her entire family to become a homeowner.

Q 20. What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

Ans: Ability to accept risk and understand success or failure rests solely on their shoulders.

Q 21. What kind of culture exists in your organization? How did you establish this tone and why did you institute this particular type of culture?

Ans: Customer experience and happiness is paramount

Ans: Driven

Q 23. If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Ans: Start at a younger age.

Ans: My children directly see what it takes to build a business

Ans: Failure to the extent of quitting. I keep pushing forward.

Ans: Setting goals, working hard and the occasional stroke of luck

Ans: “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” By Robert T. Kiyosaki.

Q 28. What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?

Ans: Not truly listening to the answers after I asked the question.

Ans: When dealing with a task at hand, see it to completion and there is nothing to worry about.

Ans: Non-work time??

Ans: If you want to accomplish a goal, there are no sacrifices, just the price you are going to pay for the success you envision.
