- Kindly give us a brief description about yourself
Jason Bowman is the visionary behind Interior Avenue, a company dedicated to providing fast, affordable, and flexible office furniture solutions for businesses across Phoenix and Las Vegas. With a strong background in commercial furniture, sales, and customer service, Jason has built a business that simplifies the office furniture buying process, offering comprehensive solutions from space planning to installation.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Jason recognized the challenges businesses face when furnishing their offices- tight budgets, long lead times, and lack of flexibility. To solve this, he introduced purchase, rent-to-own, and subscription-based furniture options, making quality office spaces accessible to companies of all sizes.
Under Jason’s leadership, Interior Avenue has grown into a trusted partner for small and mid-sized businesses, landlords, and commercial real estate professionals. His commitment to customer success, efficiency, and affordability continues to drive the company’s expansion across multiple cities.
When he’s not transforming workspaces, Jason enjoys fishing, golf, sports, and staying engaged with the local business community.
- What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
The inspiration for Interior Avenue came from a simple yet frustrating problem: small and medium-sized businesses struggle to find fast, affordable, and flexible office furniture solutions. Too often, companies are forced to choose between expensive, long lead-time furniture or cheap, low-quality options that don’t last. I saw a gap in the market—businesses needed a reliable partner that could provide high-quality, commercial-grade furniture with flexible payment options and fast delivery.
I wanted to change the way businesses furnish their offices. The traditional model of buying office furniture often requires a significant upfront investment, which can strain cash flow, especially for growing companies. That’s why we introduced a subscription-based model, allowing businesses to furnish their offices with top-tier furniture for a low monthly fee instead of a hefty capital expense. This idea took shape with Easy Spaces, our monthly subscription service, which helps businesses, landlords, and brokers furnish offices without the usual financial burden.
Ultimately, our mission is to help businesses create inspiring workspaces without the headaches of traditional furniture buying. By offering speed, affordability, and convenience, we’ve built a company that truly serves the needs of modern businesses.
- What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
- Keep going, failure is not failure just learning how to do it right.
- Watch your expenses closely
- Treat every customer like a loved family member. An experience makes all the difference, sell the service not the product.
- What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving
The business landscape is constantly changing, and successful entrepreneurs embrace challenges, pivot when necessary, and find solutions quickly. Whether it’s market shifts, unexpected setbacks, or evolving customer needs, adaptability ensures longevity. Entrepreneurs who can think critically, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions are the ones who thrive. - Sales, Grit, & Communication
At its core, entrepreneurship is about selling—whether it’s selling a product, an idea, or a vision. Strong communication skills allow entrepreneurs to persuade investors, close deals, build a brand, and inspire a team. The ability to clearly articulate value and connect with people is a game-changer in any industry. - Financial & Cash Flow Management
Even the best business ideas fail without proper financial planning and cash flow management. Entrepreneurs need to understand revenue streams, manage expenses, and allocate resources wisely to sustain and scale their businesses. Knowing when to invest, cut costs, or seek funding separates successful entrepreneurs from those who struggle.
