ADM Rolloff provides Rolloff Dumpster service, Compactor Dumpster rentals, and Transfer Station services to the Hampton GA, Atlanta GA, and Macon GA metro areas. We help contractors and homeowners dispose of clutter, junk, and trash generated by projects through supplying dumpsters of multiple sizes and types in a timely and cost efficient manner. We drop it off, you fill it up, and we haul it away.

David: My name is David Bertram and I started ADM Rolloff. I’m proud to be a US Marine veteran and my commitment to excellence and service holds strong. Working alongside my sons, Sean and Jake, we have grown the company from a small rolloff supplier to a major player in the rolloff dumpster category.
• What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
I started a trash collection business with a side offering of rolloff dumpster service. The trash collection part of the business was bought by a conglomerate. I saw a need in the market for reliable and trustworthy rolloff dumpster services, and so I leveraged my knowledge of the trash business to grow my rolloff dumpster business venture.
• What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Do what you say you’re going to do. Treat your customers well. Invest in your company’s growth.
• What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Be business savvy. Have strong market awareness. Have customer relationship skills.
• How many hours do you work a day on average?
It varies…we start really early in the morning, and finish the day in the office at around 5pm, but the phone is always on and we’re available to handle any situations that arise.
• To what do you most attribute your success?
We found a niche that was ripe to capitalize on, but the key is hard work and continued investment in growing the business.
• How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
