Q. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
A. Bob Richards is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an Honors graduate of Westminster College in Marketing. After receiving his real estate license, in early May, 1992 Bob took a major leap of faith and moved to St. George to start a new career in the real estate business. Thankfully, Bob had an outstanding Mentor/Broker, Thayne Houston, who was there to help, guide, and direct Bob into being a successful Realtor. Bob will forever be grateful for Thayne’s counsel and friendship and is considered as one of the major reasons why Bob’s a successful Realtor. He is one of Bob’s heroes and idols in life.
In January, 1998, Bob was involved in the purchase of RE/MAX First Realty from the previous Broker. In 2014, Bob moved to Keller Williams, St. George on 1624 S. Convention Center drive in St. George. Over his career, Bob has sold over 5,000 properties, including residential homes, land, condominiums and townhomes.
One of the main reasons why Bob Richards has succeeded in business for almost 30 years is because on a daily basis, he continues to exceed the expectations of his clients and to make sure service is first and foremost always “paying it forward”. Bob’s slogan is: “CONSIDER IT DONE!”
