Q1:- Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

A:- TUBLife Entertainment is a full service production/ record company. We specialize in Artist Development, Visuals/ Content Creation, Molding artists from ground zero into industry quality artist. We believe in honesty and giving our clients the best advice to build they’re brands as they grow in they’re own journey. Located 25 minutes from NYC in Wayne, NJ is our main office/ recording studio TUBLife Studios.

Q2. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

A: 28 year old high school grad, natural hustler making sure to get to heights I’ve never reached and beyond.

Current notable highlights:
– Artist featured on Sound Cloud editorial playlists resulting in 1 million+ streams
– Assisted in securing consistent airplay on Power 105.1 & Hot 97 for Artists
– Over 10 million+ combined streams and 500k+ video views
– Instagram account growth of 95k and rising

Q3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

A: Started as a recording artist and transitioned into becoming an entire brand. Found a small barn shape building in Franklin, NJ & opened a recording studio. From getting acts like Riff Raff, Cassidy, Corey Finesse & many more we built a solid foundation and been consistently growing ever since.

Q4: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

A:- Never be scared to just go for it. My vision all started as a dream & all it takes is dedication, ambition and work ethic. Consistency is key in anything you pursuing as well as doing ALOT of research in the field you are striving in. No matter how long the journey may take, just remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Q5: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

A: Work Ethic
Patience
Understanding Financial Literacy

Q6: How many hours do you work a day on average?

A: Lol when do I not work is the question. My mind never stops working & thinking of new ways to grow. As I said before nothing will beat an impeccable work ethic. I believe that time is our most valuable asset so make the best of each second we have.

Q8: What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

A: Plan. Finances need to be tracked. Prioritize your goals & don’t do it for the money. Make a habit of working toward your goal & developing a reward system as well as maintain faith in your motives and ideas.

Q9: Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

A: 10 years from today all I know is I will be 10 years wiser filled with knowledge in my field to be able to give back in ways/forms of maybe seminars, books & workshops etc. Enjoying the journey is the most exciting part of thinking of the future. It’s just like watering seeds and watching a tree grow strong roots and flourish.

Q10: Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?

A: Its not so much of what company but who created the companies is what I admire. Seeing people like Jeff Bezos starting a business in the garage and developing it into an everyday use, creating millions of jobs from a simple thing that just started as an idea is inspiring and mind blowing.

Q11: How important have good employees been to your success?

A: I don’t look at my people as employees that’s my team. Everyone plays their positions very well. Every individual in my team are building they’re own brands underneath the TUBLife umbrella. I encourage/ empower my teammates to grow & I’m here to help/assist them in anyway I possibly can.

Q12: How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?

A: I never give up. I just research until I or someone in my team figures out how to make the idea work.

Q13: What motivates you?

A: Success is what motivates me. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going. I feel that aligning the company’s vision and values with my own is one way to achieve that.

Q14: How do you generate new ideas?

A: Socializing outside my normal circles & surrounding my self around already successful & ambition people seems to always help. Audio books has been a big change in my commuting habit which help me a lot. Randomly surf the web also sparks ideas.

Q15: How do you define success?

A: Financial freedom. Being able to live your life and having your assists pay for your luxuries & expenses. Being able to provide for your teams families and continuing to build from there in a positive energetic atmosphere I believe is being successful.

Q16: How do you build a successful customer base?

A: Quality work, honesty, delivering results & consistency. Also other methods depending what field we’re talking about.

Q17: What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?

A: Seeing my ideas come to life and being noticed/ apart of the community I striving in.

Q18: What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

A: Too many to mention, but having your own creative office space and access to every tool need to succeed without limits really is one of the most rewarding.

Q19: What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

A: Self belief & not being scared to take risks.

Q20: In one word, characterize your life as an entrepreneur.

A: Determination.

Q21: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

A: Marketing 100%

A: Ive actually built a family in the process lol.

A: My realtor came across a location that had potential and I turned it into the perfect creative space for the brand.

A: 48 Laws of Power & Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Q26: What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?

A: Not investing into marketing earlier.

A: Being cautious and thinking before acting.

Q28: What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

A: Play with my kids, Shoot guns, Ride my motorcycles, Golf & Skateboard.

A: Seeing my children and other people happy.

Q30; What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?

A: Cut a lot of old friends off. Cut out all the fomo habits.
