I have over 20 years of professional experience in this area and credit my creativity and detail-oriented approach that helps me quickly assemble research data into actionable plans for success. I have an innate ability to manage diverse teams to accomplish results. My personal experiences and extensive travel abroad have given me a deep appreciation of people and their aspirations. This has helped me to connect with people sincerely and become the catalyst to getting them to realize their potential and become committed team members in every project, no matter how difficult.
My experience has afforded me the opportunity to lead a successful company managing key data components for operational and sales forecasting information to help high-profile client companies execute new eCommerce and order fulfillment platforms. I am a results-driven solution consultant with a vibrant, engaging personality and I enjoy promoting positive interaction with everyone I meet.
I have obtained my Master’s level degree in Business Administration, MBA with the specialization in Project Management at the American InterContinental University. It has been my goal all along in my career to continue educating myself to keep up with the new technology and business trends to assist business partners with a greater level of sales and management support.
Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: I caught the entrepreneurial bug at the age of 16. With my friend’s help who was a very talented musician and a guitar player and with the help of some other friends who owned Programmable Synthesizer Keyboards at the time, I gathered a few more local musicians and through further networking met up with some seasoned vocalists and musicians to launch a musical concert. After 3 months of rehearsals, I began selling tickets for the show and within a few days the show was sold out. As a 16 year old young man I made my first few thousands which boosted my confidence to not only pursuit the career in the field music but also helped to improve my confidence in seeking higher education in the field of IT and Business Management in the later years.
I made a lot of mistakes early on and also experienced a lot of success. My willingness to take risks and my entrepreneurial aptitude kept me going through the ups and the downs. Upon completing one of my under grad degrees in the field of Information Technology, I have decided to start an IT Services company in 1997. But, I felt there was something special about the web development industry. For example, but not limited, very low overhead to start the business, I did not need an office, I did not need to learn any hard-core coding, I could have a flexible schedule, the demand of it in the market was quite high, margins were decent, competitors were falling behind, I could scale my business while growing it, education was readily available, and most importantly, creating website for various types of businesses could open doors to several new opportunities. Therefore, I shifted the direction of the business model to focus on web services only in the year 2003.

Ans: I have concluded in life that we must treat others in the way we like to be treated in order to live happily and peacefully. Ans: I would talk to Nikola Tesla and thank him for all his intellectual contributions and futuristic/innovative forward thinking. Had Tesla not contributed early on to the design of the Alternating Current, we would not have been enjoying the virtual wonders of the World Wide Web today.
Q 31.Who has been your greatest inspiration?
Ans: Children. Children’s minds are pure, they are not as programmed as the adults. Hence, they do not have so many fears as the adults accumulate throughout their lives and become programmed with so many of them. Children hence, usually act fearlessly in order to gain access to things they desire. And, if they do not succeed in their effort, they continue without quitting until either they achieve what it is they were after or become interrupted by an adult.
By watching them, I keep myself reminded of the fact that quitting in life is never an option. The approach to achieve a specific goal in life can be modified or re strategized but persistence and focus are essential to hitting a home run.
Q 32.What book has inspired you the most? (OR what is your favorite book?)

Ans: I am grateful for every mistake I have made in life as each one has taught me a great lesson which has helped me with my personal growth as a human being and a businessman.
Q 34. How can you prevent mistakes or do damage control?
Ans: 1. I feel that there is nothing in life and business which is Good or Bad by default. What may work for me in a certain situation may not work in another and may not work for someone else in the same situation. Therefore, I feel that we should always try to act and do things that are reasonable. Being reasonable is not difficult, as a matter of fact it is quite easy. For example, if a potential customer calls me and says she needs to generate leads for her business, a reasonable action will be for me to share with her information about our various lead generation options but if I begin talking about a mobile app for her business with her – that will be unreasonable.
Mitigate risks by always try to be reasonable.
2. Another reasonable thing to do to mitigate risks and or to exercise damage control is to document each lesson learned during every project and upon completion of it, not doing so will be very unreasonable. Documenting lessons learned during a project helps accumulating a database of possible errors and their solutions so they can be helpful in avoiding those same mistakes in the next project.
Q 35. What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
Ans: I love spending time with my children and finding ways to help them develop positive mindset and attitude to live happy and fulfilling lives.
Q 36. What makes you happy?
Ans: Happiness is a personal choice and I choose to be happy.
Q 37. What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans: I have had some years in the past where the following quote adequately sums it all up,
“Entrepreneurs are willing to work 80 hours per week for $50,000 per year to avoid working 40 hours per week for $100,000 per year”. – Gordon Miller
Q 38. If you were conducting this interview, what question would you ask?
