Question: Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business. Please include what your business is all about, in which city you are located and if you have offices in multiple locations/ cities.

Answer: We are a full service property management company that operates in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.

Question: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Answer: I am the Broker/President of the company. I have been in the real estate business for the past 30 years. I hold a bachelor of business administration from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Question: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Answer: I decided I like to work at my own pace and like to work for myself. I was reading a lot of books at the time I started this business on the real estate industry and thought it would be great to be in this business and help people.

Question: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Answer: 1. Be Honest 2. Seek as much knowledge as possible about your industry. 3. Strive to be the best.

Question: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Answer: 1. Accounting 2. Knowledge 3. Marketing

Question: How many hours do you work a day on average?

Answer: 50-70

Question: To what do you most attribute your success?

Answer: A lot of hard work and detail.

Question: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Answer: My web site, google pay advertising, yahoo paid advertising referrals. I think my web sites have helped me the most.

Question: Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?

Answer: I did not obtain and financing for my business. I contributed to my capitalization through real estate investments that I made through the years.

Question: What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Answer: Being honest and providing great service

Question: Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Answer: Well I see my enterprise growing by 100%

Question: Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?

Answer: I really like professional football. It really amazes me how that sport has grown since I was a little kid.

Question: How important have good employees been to your success?

Answer: Employees are the most important capital any organization can have. They are the computer and central of all businesses that do not show up on the balance sheet each month. They have been very important to my success.

Answer: Selling or renting a property to a first time home renter or buyer.

Answer: The major difference is freedom to make decisions as to your success or failure.
