Q: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Ans: I’ve acquired my business degree in marketing and have built several successful companies of my own from the ground up and have been able to use the same strategies to build brands for clients I’ve worked with enabling a 200% growth in as little as 1 year. Although I have a degree that is not where I have learned to build brands. I have learned by real life hands on experience, trial and errors. Some of my major achievements are helping hundreds of others to become successful, I’ve been honored and celebrated with many awards ranging from top entrepreneur to top leadership awards, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the top leaders in the US.

Q: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans: I was inspired to start a marketing firm after realizing I was spending countless of dollars hiring marketing firms to help me as a beginner that ultimately just took my money producing zero to little results. I have recently pivoted my firm from working in sports and entertainment to now working with only Christian based businesses because of a dire need in bridging the gap between secular and Christians. The idea is to create unity, there should be no division. The Church is for people who need healing as we all do. I am in the world but not of the world thus utilizing my secular audience to benefit the Christian business with an untapped market.

Q: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans: 1. To never give up. 2. Define your audience before starting your business (You can’t be all things to everyone) 3. Do not be afraid to fail, it is through failure that you become massive successful. I use the phrase Fail, Forward, Fast

Q: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans: Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leaderships skills

Q: How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans: I work on average 10-13 Hours per day. Most of my work entails training my team and working on the business and not in the business.

Ans: I attribute most of my success to The Grace of God, Purpose & Passion and a Commitment to helping others,

Q: How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans: My most successful form of marketing is word of mouth, social media and local networking and outreach.

Q: Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?

Ans: I have never obtained money from investors. I funded my business by leveraging my knowledge and relationships. I funded my business with a strong desire to help others and the money then began to come to me. I funded my business with faith.

Q: What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans: The best way to achieve long term success is not to allow temporary failure to become permanent defeat, work as though you were working for God and renew your mind, body and spirit daily by meditating and praying. Finally stay focused and always brand yourself properly.
