We are a trash can cleaning company based out of Frisco Texas. We currently service Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Plano, Allen, Little Elm, Aubrey, and The Colony.
• Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
We have 18 years in both sales and operations.
• What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
We saw the need for a trash can cleaning company in this market and a lot of people don’t even know this type of service exists. So, we thought that LBC could provide this solution.
• What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
First, find a need in the marketplace that you can provide a solution to.
Second, be willing to take risks.
Third, be willing to learn from your failures and persevere.
Lastly, try to find other successful business people who can encourage and provide advise along the way.
• What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ability to relate with people from all walks of life including both customers and those within your organization. The ability to learn how to properly convey the need for your product in the market place. Operations and financial skills, learning the various aspects of these two skills is vital to running a successful business.
• How many hours do you work a day on average?
On average, we put in about 10-12 hours of work per day.
• To what do you most attribute your success?
Being willing to take risks, to persevere through business challenges, and trusting in the Lord that when we work hard and follow the golden rule of doing for others what we would want done for ourselves He will provide the success.
• How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Social media, SEO, word of mouth, referral programs, and attending and sponsoring events. Social media has been the most successful form of marketing.
• Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Originally, our company was self-funded, but we have since brought on an outside investor whom we found through a mutual friend.
• What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Provide a product or service you can stand behind, treat others the way you want to be treated, and make smart and informed financial decisions.
• Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Being the premier trash can cleaning company in DFW and throughout the state of Texas.

Scheels is a company I admire; they provide great products and a great environment.
