Ans: I’m a REALTOR in Greencastle Indiana and I work with Prime Real Estate Group. Prime was founded in 2017 by Eric Wolfe who is a top producer in our area .

Q: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: I became a REALTOR last year in order to use my business/marketing skills to help people in my community on their real estate transactions
Q: What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
Ans: 1. Don’t be afraid to fail, but fail fast
2. There’s never a perfect time to do something so take the leap of faith
3. Don’t reinvent the wheel. Learn from those that came before you.
Q: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Ans: 1. You need to be able to handle risk
2. You must stay humble while also being confident
3. You must always stay hopeful and resilient
Q: How many hours do you work a day on average?
Ans: 6-10 depending on the day
Q: To what do you most attribute your success?
Ans: I’ve always worked hard while also finding myself in some lucky situations. I like to tell people to “be prepared for opportunity” and I truly believe I’ve been prepared every time I’ve had opportunity present itself to me.

Ans: I use my marketing skills I’ve developed over 5 years running my marketing business to use digital marketing to my advantaged.

Ans: I did not start this business

Ans: Hard work and dedication

Ans: I’d like to continue to help people who are listing their homes in order to gain the most value for their property
