You have to be a great communicator
And, you have to be openminded.

Q 5. How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans: 10-12

Q 6. To what do you attribute your success?

Ans: Preparation

Q 7. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans: The vast majority of our cases are referrals from other lawyers who trust and respect our case results. No one works harder or smarter than the lawyers at Prince Law Group. With over 100 trials taken to jury verdict, and over $100 million in verdicts and settlements won on behalf of my clients, it’s safe to say I’ve made a name for myself in the courtroom. In fact, I’ve recognized as one of the best trial lawyers in the State of Nevada.

Q 8. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans: Integrity. It’s also important to continue reevaluating your business model and plan and changing as necessary.

Q 9. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Ans: I’m passionate about being a trial lawyer so I’m always looking forward to the next challenging case that brings a positive national impact and justice for my clients.

Q 10. How important have good employees been to your success?

Ans: Critical. The most important because you can’t do it all yourself.

Q 11. How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?

Ans: I think until the point it’s not yielding any results or it’s taking up too much time. If it’s something I’m really truly passionate about, I won’t give up on it. But, I won’t let any one thing overtake my other business responsibilities. I may want to pursue a particular area of law or particular case, but I can’t dedicate all my resources from my firm to explore a potentially good idea to the exclusion of other good things that are going on.

Q 12. How do you define success?

Ans: I think it’s the passion and the love for what you’re doing that ultimately creates success. If you’re doing it for money or other reasons, those are the wrong reasons. Also, if I’m working at changing lives or improving the quality of somebody else’s life other than my own or my law firm’s, I would view that as successful.

Q 13. What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?

Ans: The freedom of creative direction and the ability to focus on things that are important to me.

Q 14. What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

Ans: I think belief in yourself belief that you can be successful despite, you know, odds that are against you. A willingness to take risk that others may not know. So the fear is the ability to face fear head on and lean into it and accept the risk and kind of go through periods of being uncomfortable or having these it or fears of a reasonable time to work through that and not be dissuaded from pursuing video passionate about what make your business successful.

Q 15. How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

Ans: My family has always been a result of everything I’m doing. So, I always make sure that what I’m doing professionally is consistent with how I view my role and my family. They’re the most important to me and spending quality time with and enjoying my life with them always comes first. I try not to be so focused on my business that I exclude them in any way. I work had at leaving work at work. It really helps me to be present and enjoy that part of my life, which in turn make me better at my job. When you come back to work, you’re just better because you’re secure and stable and things are in a place that allows you to succeed.
