Aeronetholidays is brand name of Aeronet Travtour Pvt Ltd for the holiday division which is located in New Delhi and specializes in corporate travel, leisure tours & in addition we specialize in  incentive travel, activity oriented vacations, group tours and arrangements for conventions, conferences, product launches. Kindly give us a brief description about yourself.
I completed my Master of Tourism Management from Indian Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad in 1993 & thought of establishing my own start up travel agency.  I also attended a lot of travel conventions and international travel fairs. Further I went on to organize so many specialized groups in collaboration with various tourism organizations. I was backed by a rich experience of 18 years in Travel Trade at the age of 39 only.

What ignited the spark in you to start a new business venture?
The Masters in Tourism Management & the fact I hail from a Business family pushed me to start my own venture

How important have good employees been to your success?
Our objective is to create a big bracket of appeased customer base by offering highly efficiency quality services consistently & executing this is impossible in the absence of good employees.

What three pieces of advice would you give to college students who want to become entrepreneurs?
Honesty, Hard Work and being Cooperative

What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
A strong mindset, passion and belief in what you do.

How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Until and unless I see no hope of executing the idea the way I’d envisioned it, I don’t give up on it.

It is possible to be inspired from any sort of source. I’m open to reception in that sense.

Customer Satisfaction is the only sure shot way of achieving long term success.

I was looking for a Centrally Located Base, accordingly I setup my venture.
