Ans: I am a former hospital-system healthcare executive and research leader who spent over 15+ years working with adults, teenagers, and children. My fields of expertise are strategic organizational leadership, mixed methods research, public health and population health program development with a specialty leading multidisciplinary teams in Level 1 Trauma Services and Emergency Room Services.
I am also an experienced psychic development teacher, medium, healer, and intuitive professional coach. As a Conduit for Spirit, I channel communication between loved ones who have crossed over to Spirit, from a person’s personal team of Angels and Guides, the Ascended Masters, and from Divine Spirit. I have done readings and healing sessions for people from all walks of life (from CEOs, doctors and professionals to stay-at-home parents, grandparents, teens, and intuitive kids).
Q3: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans: My life purpose has always been to answer the call to SERVICE and HEALING. As a healthcare professional, I worked to alleviate the burden of health inequities and racial inequities that predisposed a person or a community of people to higher degrees of disease and injury. I also used my psychic abilities to guide my practices, to heal patients and colleagues and to mentor people towards a path of joy, happiness, and abundance.
The idea to transition into mediumship and energy healing was one of Divine Inspiration and a natural state of personal growth and ascension. I asked to do all the good I could do, and the Divine inspired Inner Insights as the answer. I feel that in a World upended by a pandemic, by global upheaval and a continued rise in racial and social inequities, this is the work I am intended to do. I want to be the Catalyst of Light where there is Darkness. I want to activate Love, Joy, Healing, and Goodwill in everyone I serve.

Ans: 1)Always follow your Joy. If it, she/he/they, makes you Happy, take the leap of faith.
2)Trust your inner nudges, or what I call your inner insights. They come to you from the Divine and always for your highest good.
3)Never dim your authentic Light. The world needs your shine now more than ever.

Q6) How many hours do you work a day on average?
Ans: 6-8 hours. I work when I want, where I want and with whom I want. It’s a blessing! But I would like to be busier. I love this work. It energizes me.

Ans: I have developed sharp, intuitive insights, a compassionate candor in delivering my insights, and have a warm and genuine charismatic personality that attracts people to me for guidance, support, and mentorship. Ans: I post daily on my Facebook Page, Private Facebook Group, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. I also have a personal Snapchat and TikTok account (not one for Inner Insights) but do not post there. I also post/blog on Quora as a Medium and Energy Healer expert.
Q9: Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?
Ans: My funding comes from my private savings and business profits. I would love to open a storefront in 2022-2023.
Q10: What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Ans: Provide a great customer service experience with validated skills and with integrity, at a competitive price in an environment filled with Great Vibes. My business is one that will be built on great client reviews, personal referrals, and a diversity of clientele. I would like to tap into the Spanish-speaking market and not many mediums or healers serve this community. I am highly fluent in English and Spanish.
Q11: Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans: I’d like to have a storefront that offers services like readings, multiple modality energy healing experts, crystal jewelry and psychic development classes. I would like to be the #1 Medium in Texas, #1 Medium serving The Village Community in Dallas and to have my name made great by influential men/women/they who align to my vibration.
I would also like to be travelling international to do classes, readings ad healing sessions with clients. I would also like to serve as a consultant for law enforcement agencies working Cold Cases and Missing Person Cases. It would be fun to serve as a consultant for television shows or podcasts on spirituality, intuition, psychic development, or mediumship or shows featuring fantasy genres (like the Witcher, Wheel of Time, Medium etc.).

Ans: Every time I witness a person heal from personal, emotional, spiritual, or medical issues, it’s a blessing. I also love it when I help businesses/entrepreneurs financially prosper through intuitive coaching. Most importantly, I love it when I activate a fellow intuitive and help them remember their abilities. It’s like a candle lighting up another. Together, we bring can offer more Light to the world. I especially love it when I can activate a child who then grows up into an adult who embraces their Divinity instead of fearing it.

Ans: Courage, Fate and Destiny is the difference. Entrepreneurs have the courage to take a leap of faith, to trust their insights. They also receive an invitation from the Universe (what I call Fate) and answer this call through dedicated action (I call it Destiny).

Ans: No. I was destined to experience all that I did to prepare me for this more evolved phase of my life purpose as Servant & Healer.

Ans: I am lucky to be loved and supported by family. They know I do not make decisions in a cavalier manner and that I am always guided by the Divine.

Ans: Not being good enough, accurate enough, spiritually gifted enough. Never enough. I work hard to heal this aspect of my humanness through Emotion Code Healing Work, mediation and through faithful practice. As I practice, I continue to receive validation from my clients which builds my esteem.

Ans: It’s where I currently live. But my services are not hindered by location. I can do this work remotely anywhere with anyone in the World.

Ans: Jesus Christ of Nazareth and Mary Magdalene. Jesus Christ because he is the greatest healer but feared his gifts and felt he wasn’t pious enough but still he forged ahead. And Mary Magdalene because her heart was so pure that she was the only one who was invited to see Jesus Christ resurrect. She has also the first Prophet (a woman with spiritual psychic gifts herself).
