Q. Give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
A. Matt Holdsworth, the founding partner, is a native Arizonan who moved from Flagstaff to Prescott in 2002. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Accountancy and minor in Computer Information Systems. Matt worked as a financial analyst for Honeywell in Phoenix and then moved to Flagstaff and worked as a controller for a residential and commercial contractor. More than a decade ago, he opened an accounting firm which is now known as Holdsworth Chadd Fuller CPAs PC. Working with businesses for over twelve years to provide specialized Accounting, Tax, and CFO Services via state of the art technology platforms.

A. Matt is a member of the AICPA, He also is a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs where he served a two-year term as a director. He has also served as President of the ASCPA North-Central chapter.
