Ans: I am the owner of Prime Media Consulting, a Southern California-based digital marketing company that helps small and midsize businesses grow through website design, SEO, lead generation, Google Ads, social media marketing, video marketing, branding, and print solutions. Our focus is not just on making things look good, but on helping business owners generate real opportunities, real leads, and real growth.

We are based in Southern California and primarily serve businesses throughout the Temecula Valley, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, and the broader Southwest Riverside County region, while also working with clients across the United States. In addition to marketing, I have also been involved in launching community-driven ventures, business networking concepts, conferences, and event-based brands that are designed to bring people, ideas, and business opportunity together. Ans: I am an entrepreneur, marketer, community builder, and founder who has spent years helping small business owners strengthen their visibility,improve their lead flow, and build brands that stand out. My background is rooted in entrepreneurship, business development, marketing strategy, and creative execution. I built my career through real-world experience–working directly with business owners, solving practical growth problems, and learning how to turn ideas into systems, campaigns, and revenue.

Some of my major achievements include building a successful digital marketing company, creating and supporting large-scale local events, helping launch community-focused initiatives, developing business networking concepts, and working with organizations and entrepreneurs across multiple industries. I am especially proud of creating ventures that do not just generate profit, but also create connection, visibility, and opportunity for the communities and businesses around me.

Q 3. What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Ans: What inspired me most was seeing how many great business owners struggle–not because they are bad at what they do, but because they do not know how to market themselves effectively. I saw talented entrepreneurs with incredible products and services getting overlooked simply because they lacked the right visibility, messaging, or systems to grow.

That is what led to the creation and evolution of my business. I wanted to build something that could genuinely help businesses get noticed, attract leads, and compete at a higher level. Over time, that same mindset expanded into other ventures as well. I became increasingly interested in building platforms, events, and communities that help people connect, learn, and grow. For me, business has always been about solving problems and creating momentum.

Q 4. What three pieces of advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?

Ans: First, do not confuse activity with progress. A lot of people stay busy,but being busy is not the same as building something profitable or
sustainable.

Second, learn how to sell and communicate value. You can have the best product in the world, but if you cannot explain why it matters, growth will always be an uphill battle.

Third, be prepared for discomfort. Entrepreneurship requires resilience, adaptability, and the willingness to keep going when things are uncertain.
If you can handle rejection, setbacks, and the pressure of responsibility,you give yourself a real chance to succeed.

Q 5. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Ans: The top three skills are communication, resilience, and vision.

Communication matters because entrepreneurs have to sell ideas, build relationships, lead teams, and connect with customers. Resilience matters because setbacks are guaranteed. Vision matters because if you cannot see where you are going, it is hard to lead others there or build something meaningful over time.

Q 6. How many hours do you work a day on average?

Ans: On average, I work around 10 to 12 hours a day, although entrepreneurship does not always fit neatly into a clock. Some days are longer, especially when I am balancing multiple ventures, events, campaigns, or strategic decisions at once. Being an entrepreneur often means your mind stays engaged even after the workday technically ends.

Q 7. To what do you most attribute your success?

Ans: I attribute my success to persistence, creativity, and a willingness to keep learning. I have never been afraid to build, test, adjust, and keep moving. I also think a big part of success comes from being able to see opportunities where others see obstacles. I am naturally wired to challenge the status quo, think differently, and create solutions where there is a gap.

Q 8. How do you go about marketing your business? What has been your most successful form of marketing?

Ans: We market our business through a combination of SEO, website strategy, social media, relationship-based networking, referrals, event-based visibility, and content positioning. I believe the strongest marketing is multi-layered. It is not just about ads or posts. It is about trust, consistency, authority, and visibility working together.

The most successful form of marketing for us has been a combination of relationship-driven referrals and strong digital presence. When you pair a credible website and good messaging with real-world networking and reputation, it creates a much stronger long-term growth engine than relying on one tactic alone.

Q 9. Where did your organizations funding/capital come from and how did you go about getting it? How did you obtain investors for your venture?

Ans: Most of my ventures were built through self-funding, reinvestment, sweat equity, and strategic growth rather than traditional outside investment. I have always believed in building traction first–proving the concept,creating value, and showing that there is a real demand before chasing outside capital.

In many cases, the capital came from operating revenue, personal risk, reinvestment into the business, and forming strategic relationships that helped projects move forward. I have found that when you build something real and visible, opportunities for partnership and support become much easier to create.

Q 10. What is the best way to achieve long-term success?

Ans: The best way to achieve long-term success is to stay adaptable without losing your core values. Markets change, people change, and business models evolve. The entrepreneurs who last are the ones who can pivot, learn, and grow without losing their integrity or purpose.

Long-term success also comes from consistency. Big wins are exciting, but sustainable success is usually built through repeated execution, strong relationships, and the discipline to keep improving over time.

Q 11. Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?

Ans: In 5 to 10 years, I see my business continuing to grow as a recognized force in digital marketing, business growth strategy, and entrepreneurial ecosystem building–especially in Southern California, while also expanding our broader footprint. I want to continue developing platforms, communities, and ventures that help business owners connect, grow, and build stronger companies.

Personally, I see myself speaking more, mentoring more entrepreneurs,launching larger business and community initiatives, and creating businesses that leave a lasting impact beyond revenue alone. I want the long-term legacy to be about helping people build something meaningful.

Q 12. Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?

Ans: I admire businesses that know how to combine vision, brand, systems, and execution at a high level. One company I respect is Apple–not just because of the products, but because of how clearly they understand positioning, simplicity, customer experience, and brand discipline. They built more than a company; they built a standard people recognize instantly.

What I admire most in any business is not just size, but clarity. I respect organizations that know exactly who they are, what they stand for, and how to consistently deliver on that promise.
