Q1 : Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).
Ans : I come from Israel. I worked first for my brother first and decided to open a company because I wanted to have my own business. I am doing moving since 2002, opened company in 2005.

More than 70% of our customers are repeat and referrals, this is the best achievement. Because it is showing me as a business owner that customer are happy with service and choose us over other companies. We are a major moving brand in LA as a quality and high end service in LA area with best professional movers.

Q2 : What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?
Ans : I wanted to become business owner like my father. I think I took it from my father, working hard to achieve your dreams. It’s a part of american dream. Try to get satisfaction and happiness fro doing you job.

Ans : We advertise in Yelp and Google, take referrals from our customers. Focus in direct marketing. Invest in long term. We have new trucks that look presentable and branded. Word of mouth is most successful.

Ans : Be creative, keep improving, be better at level of service you provide.

Q8 : Where you see yourself and your business in 5 – 10 years?
Ans : We open new branches across USA, from to regional brand from national level.

Ans : If the idea doesn’t work for you, we change it. We stick to ideas that work for the business, we all the time trying to look for better ideas r ,. We try to evolve all the time.
